Disappointing experience last night. Ordered for 6 people and didn't receive all the drinks or food in our order. Had to go back inside to ask for a missing item (chicken burrito). To make matters worse, the fries were dry and hard. Considering the price tag of $60 for our group, the lack of attention to detail and subpar food quality was surprising. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their service and order accuracy."

I love taco villa and will continue to go there. But sometimes the drive through window personnel staff is rude. Not all of them just a couple of thier employees. I understand we all have bad days but please when your dealing with the public please don't take your personal problems on the public. Leave home problems at home and work problems at work.

Food is always good..service not so much. Employees desperately need people skills and etiquette. Last time i was there, the young lady took my order picking food out of her teeth with a toothpick the entire time all the while not listening to a word i was saying. I had to repeat everything i had ordered cause she was too busy listening to her coworkers talking bout the crazy weekend they had. Get it right youngsters!! You are there to work... not play!

Taco Villa I's consistently the best Mexican Food out there. First time to visit the Hobbs, N.Mex. location. Was not disappointed. Friendly, courteous staff, extremely clean and well kept facility and concistently great food. Large portions and fresh tasting. The tea was to die foe as well. Thanks to the crew and managers for an outstanding eating experience in Hobbs. Sincerely!
